Terms and Conditions

We will refund an item, in full, if it is received faulty.

*Please email an image of the faulty item as soon as it is discovered.

Faulty goods will only be accepted for refund if they are returned within 14 days of receipt, unless we have notified you otherwise.

Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

* If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that.
Please notify by us email at hello@sharlala.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
You will then receive the correct return details.

It is imperative you contact us before sending the item back, as return details may be different to what you have on the package.

It must be returned to us in its original packaging, in an unused condition.
Once we have received the return, we will inspect it for damage or use, and you will then be notified if you are eligible for an exchange.

* exchanges must be completed within 14 days. Unless agreed otherwise.
Exchanges are only valid if the above instructions are followed.
And only one exchange is possible per item.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and please provide proof of postage.

The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility.

*Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

ONCE a customer has committed to purchasing a custom/bespoke order, Sharlala Jewellery cannot accept cancellations or returns, as these orders will be processed at the makers expense and made especially for the customer.

A non-refundable £200 design fee is required once you have agreed to work with me.

A further 60% deposit of the final *quote (or agreed estimate) will be due once the design has been signed off.

FROM this point, please expect approx 6-8 weeks turnaround for all parts of the process to be completed.

BESPOKE QUOTES are valid for 10 days only, from the date received, via email or in person.

BEYOND this, they are subject to change due to exchange rates, availability of stones, and most importantly, fluctuations of metal, and precious gem prices.

ANY incorrect ring sizes, chain lengths and customisation details, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Resizing is accepted, but will incur a fee, as will any other adjustments, post signing off the design.

RING SIZERS are available to ensure correct measuring prior to order completion, but an in person sizing, at a jewellers, is much more accurate.

Wax carving workshops are non refundable, due to the date and time being block booked and not recoverable. However, they can be postponed for up to 1 year (12 months) from purchase date.
