Guaranteed gold plating for one year
We offer a free replate if needed within the 1st year of purchase.
Clear images of the piece will be required, and assessed, as to whether it has been damaged, or is a plating issue.
Damage is most often caused by friction. If the ring has been worn against another, and/or obvious scratching against something abrasive has occurred. Usually this shows on the sides and underside of the band, where hard objects are held for example.
Thicker plating, above 3 microns, naturally pales over time, it does not expose silver right away.
Proof of purchase will be required. And return costs not included.
After the first year you can still return your piece for a revamp, this can include cleaning, polishing and/or replating. Please contact for specific details and costs.
*please note there is a minimum charge of £25 (exc return postage)
